Terms and Conditions
Any and all purchases from Soller Composites constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
All agreements made with Soller Composites shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia. By using Soller Composites services, you waive any claims that may arise under the laws of other states, countries, territories, or jurisdictions.
Indemnification
The indemnifier agrees that it will at all times fully indemnify Soller Composites from and against any and all claims which may be brought against or made upon Soller Composites in relation to all losses, liabilities, judgements, costs, charges, damages, liens, and expenses which Soller Composites may sustain or incur by reason or arising out of Soller Composites’ handling, shipping, or any services or activities related to the handling or shipping of the indemnifier’s product order, including services imperfectly, negligently, or unlawfully rendered.
Force Majeure
If, as a result of an unexpected event, a party (either Soller Composites or client or contractor) is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, they may terminate this agreement by written notice to the other party. The affected party must include in the notice details of the unexpected event.
If this agreement is terminated pursuant to this clause, we may retain such portion of any monies paid (including deposits) as is reasonable to compensate Soller Composites for any loss suffered in connection with the termination. We will work to arrange an alternative if possible, but Soller Composites is not liable if a suitable alternative is not available.
Taxes
New Hampshire is a sales tax-free state. We do not pay taxes on purchases per our state laws, and we are not liable for any taxes customers, contractors, or others doing business with Soller Composites may be required to pay per their state, province, or country.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Soller Composites, its contractors, suppliers, employees, and owners, be liable for any losses or damages—direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive—including loss of profit, goodwill, business interruption, or property damage arising out of these Terms or the use of our website.
The maximum liability for all claims shall not, in any calendar year, exceed the greater of the amount you paid in full for Product Orders within that calendar year.
Shipping & Ownership
Shipping is calculated per order based on weight and size. We do not profit off of shipping; we charge the exact amount charged by the carrier. Under all circumstances, our customers take ownership of all products once they leave our facility.
Soller Composites does not self-insure. In the case of loss or damage (excluding USPS), we will file a claim on your behalf. Replacement materials or refunds are issued only after the claim funds have been received. Any requested refunds from USPS are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend rolls of fabric be shipped via Freight. If a customer chooses Ground shipping and the product is damaged due to handling, Soller Composites does not accept responsibility.
Return Policy
All returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs, insurance, materials, brokerage, and customs fees are non-refundable. Items must be received in unused and undamaged condition.

- Within 30 Days: Store credit available for restockable items.
- Within 60 Days: Electronic or cheque refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Credit card and PayPal fees are not refunded.
- Perishables (Epoxy, 770 Release): Must be unused, sealed, and returned within 30 days. Opened containers are ineligible.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Colored sleeves, tapes, and fabrics (excluding Dupont’s colored Kevlar).

Custom cut fabrics of 10 yards or more may be returned for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (15% for full rolls of 100+ yards).
Undeliverable Packages
Soller Composites is not responsible for costs associated with packages returned through no fault of our own. If a package is refused (e.g., due to customs fees) or the customer is unavailable, our standard refund policy applies.
If a package is damaged en route to you, we encourage you to accept the package and contact us immediately to begin the claim process.
Warranty
Soller Composites warrants that products delivered in undamaged condition will be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year if stored properly. We do not warrant that a product will satisfy a specific client purpose or requirement.
We will work with shippers and clients to facilitate refunds or replacements for damaged orders as much as possible, but we are not liable for incorrect orders placed by the client.
By purchasing from Soller Composites, LLC, you agree to these terms in full.
