1. Fabric is rolled onto a heavy-duty 2″, 3″, or 6″ cardboard core.
2. The fabric is taped to construction paper to prevent movement during transit.
3. We apply a proprietary technique to secure the paper, preventing telescoping.
4. The roll is wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
5. Additional bubble wrap is added to the ends of the core for cushioning.
6. Your material is shipped in our custom, double-strength boxes.
7. All flaps are sealed and the box is reinforced with heavy-duty shipping tape.
